Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We put great effort into maintaining strict quality controls, with careful checks performed at every stage of production. Our QC staff ensures even the smallest of details are scrutinized to ensure consistency with specification standards. Quality Control personnel who are all experts in their respective product assignments check the quality at every stage of production. An independent department is responsible for checking the safety and quality of all newly developed products as well as those that are mass-produced for buyers.
Quality Control Procedures
Pre-production: raw materials are examined to ensure that they have reached customers' requirements. For any problem, the controller will submit a report to the QC supervisor. Production lines: based on the random sampling technique, our QC members randomly select and check a set of samples. Finished products: our QC inspector performs a visual check on every finished product to make sure all are qualified.
Origin of Materials and Components
We import equipment from Japan and Germany, and most of our raw materials are mainly purchased from China.
